Effective date: January 1, 2026. By accessing marblenix.bond or purchasing courses from Marblenix Moto School, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Rider Responsibilities
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with all local road laws. You agree to arrive sober, well-rested, and with required safety gear. We may refuse service for unsafe behavior.
Purchases and Payment
Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Taxes may apply. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected method.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancel up to 72 hours before your session for a full refund. Within 72 hours, we offer one free reschedule. In cases of severe weather or safety concerns, we will reschedule or refund at our discretion.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, infringe intellectual property, or harass staff or riders. Automated scraping or load testing is prohibited without written consent.
Disclaimers
Training reduces risk but cannot eliminate it. Courses are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the services will not exceed the amounts you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
